Annie Seifullah,

Board Member

Annie Seifullah, Esq. is the Founding Partner of Incendii Law, a woman-owned boutique law firm that specializes in getting civil justice for victims of powerful, entrenched perpetrators. Annie’s opponents range from individual predators to large institutions (prisons, schools, and churches) who know they are causing harm and continue to do it anyway — sometimes perfecting their methods of abuse and exploitation over time.

Annie’s proudest legal achievements include six- and seven-figure payouts to victims of abuse and assault, a 7-figure settlement against a police force for wrongful imprisonment, and countless final orders of protection awarded at trial to her clients escaping abusive relationships.

Annie’s ability to deeply connect to her clients and fiercely advocate for them is an outcome of being a survivor of intimate partner violence and image-based sexual abuse. Relying upon her own experiences and advocacy work, Annie authored the book Scarlet Hashtag: Transform Your Public Shame into Your Power to help others who are working to overcome the same.  Annie is also the co-chair of the New York Cyber Abuse Task Force, a coalition of agencies, attorneys, and advocates working to end technology-facilitated abuse.

Annie lives in Queens with her partner Sam Goldsmith and her son, Khalil, who is the center of her world.
