Parrish Collins (President)
Parrish Collins, an attorney in Albuquerque since 1989 and a graduate of Duke University School of Law, has spent over two decades working on personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. In 2017, his firm, Collins & Collins, P.C., shifted focus to a pressing issue within New Mexico: the medical neglect in prisons and jails.
Elise C. Funke (Director)
Elise C. Funke graduated with honors from Columbia Law School in 2017 and began her practice as a BigLaw general litigator in New York City, where she focused on white-collar criminal defense; SEC and DOJ investigations; international arbitration; and pro bono bail reform, parole, clemency, and civil rights matters.

Jeff Green (Board Member)
Jeff Green is a skilled trial lawyer who helps people with serious injuries. Born in New Orleans, Jeff attended Louisiana State University for undergraduate and law school, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance.
Garry Kimball (Board Member)
Garry Kimball has served as a municipal financial advisor since 1993. He has represented city, county, school, special district, and utility authority clients on a vast array of public infrastructure projects involving both tax-exempt and taxable bond issuance.
Janet B. Arrowsmith (Board Member)
Janet B. Arrowsmith is an Internal Medicine physician and a CDC-trained epidemiologist who worked in the U.S. Public Health Service for nearly 14 years. She worked at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in the Indian Health Service and volunteered for 8 years at a DC AIDS clinic.

Annie Seifullah, Esq. is the Founding Partner of Incendii Law, a woman-owned boutique law firm that specializes in getting civil justice for victims of powerful, entrenched perpetrators.Annie’s opponents range from individual predators to large institutions (prisons, schools, and churches)
